Revival is a common term in the body of Christ, and we often use it in reference to a one time or once a year event, but revival is much bigger than that. Simply being alive in salvation or revived at a one time event is not enough. You and I must be constantly revived in our relationship and fellowship with God. If all we’re experiencing is the basic life of salvation without being truly alive, vibrant, and passionate in the things of the Spirit, there is something wrong. Beyond salvation there are things that God wants and expects to manifest in our lives, and simply because we’re born again doesn’t mean we’re alive in our relationship and fellowship with Him. We must seek God and examine ourselves to determine where we are in Him, and what we must do to see revival in every area of our lives.
